Make the Next Step is a Distance Learning Course and optional City & Guilds Qualification created to help you continue your professional development.

The course has been designed to enhance the skills of the ’domestic’ plumber, so that Industrial and Commercial copper installation work can be carried out competently. Each Module is packed with knowledge, information and advice, and concludes with a short assessment for you to complete and return to us for marking and feedback.  The first part of the course consists of three self-study Modules:

Large Diameter Copper Tube Jointing and Fixing Theory

Design Skills for Copper Based Systems

Interpreting Drawings, Plant room and Pipe-work Installation Procedures
